Softball Australia has welcomed a number of queries on the sports’ transition to revolutioniseSPORT and has since updated the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document available for all Club and Association administrators and members.
Notable additions include email contacts for Member State and Territories who will be the point of contact for any questions from Clubs and Associations.
These contacts are dubbed ‘Super Users’ and will provide support both before and after the system is in place. They should be the first port of call for any administration queries when using the new system.
Other additions to the FAQ document include information on Active Kids & other government voucher-based offers, securing financial details and permit/transfer processes.
Softball Australia anticipates this document will continue to evolve in the coming weeks and months as more Clubs and Associations raise questions.
