Marking 10 days to Opening Day, the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) today announced that all 72 games of the highest-level softball competition in the world, the WBSC Men’s Softball World Championship 2019, will be live-streamed for global audiences through WBSC’s official YouTube account at

“The first-ever Men’s Softball World Championship in Europe will be the most watched edition ever,” said WBSC Softball Chairman, Tommy Velazquez.

“The WBSC continue making huge efforts to give more visibility to our sport, allowing fans everywhere to watch the best players in the world competing in the top men’s softball international competition.”

WBSC will also feature coverage of the Men’s Softball World Championship 2019 in Spanish across the Americas, with rights awarded to, while the English broadcast rights in Canada and the U.S. have been awarded to FloSports.

The official website of the WBSC Men’s Softball World Championship 2019 has been launched in six languages, including English, French, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Traditional Chinese.

Sixteen teams from all five Olympic continents will compete in the XVI WBSC Men’s Softball World Championship, which will be hosted in Prague and Havlickuv Brod, Czech Republic, from 13-23 June. This is the first time the WBSC Men’s Softball World Championship is played in Europe.
